The main guy on the sauna episode kept disputing the other guys great points like the healthy bias. Came across as bossy making the conversation uneasy. Great information though.

Within five minutes of Host David Puder interviewing Annabel Kuhn, he not only corrected her but also talked over her, carried on with making key points by himself (monologue), and demonstrated how content he was with letting her recede into the backdrop. He is the worst kind of smug.
