Incredibly useful podcasts!
From the perspective of someone who is engaged in therapy for past trauma (the perspective of a patient), I find these sessions to be incredibly informative and useful in shaping the outcome of my therapy sessions. Listening to them jams helped me tie sessions together with ways to implement changes in my life, by providing a better understanding of how and why the mind and body work the way they do. I have utilized strategies or techniques from several podcasts (such as those on sensorium and strength exercise) and reflected on how specific processes discussed can better help create an effective path to recovery. I’m very grateful for the information, and appreciate having access to them as a patient! Thanks!
