The best!
This podcast is the best for anyone in the mental health world! Dr. Puder is a wonderful host with amazing clinical knowledge and always has on amazing guests. I particularly love the emphasis on lifestyle interventions and the therapeutic relationship but his pharmacology episodes are helpful and practical as well. I love that there are no ads on this podcast as well which adds to the credibility. The older episodes on personality traits have given me practical, non-pathological ways to talk with my patients about some of their struggles. Give the podcast a listen!
