Excellent
This is a wonderful podcast for any mental health professional or any person really. The sound quality of amazing, the topics are interesting and practical, and I love the blogs and links that are provided with each topic. I enjoy listening to different perspectives and also hearing about research studies that back up those perspectives. I respect the humble approach Dr. Puder takes on each topic and look forward to listening to many more of his segments!
