Wonderful podcast and a must-listen!
I am a third year medical student interested in going into psychiatry. I listen to this podcast everyday on my way to and from my psych rotation and I absolutely LOVE it! I have truly fallen in love with this field and am a big fan of the podcast! I especially enjoyed the episode with Dr. Ramsey about foods good for your mental health, your excitement is contagious! I admire your passion and continuous curiosity about all things in this field and your openness to listening and learning from others. I hope to work with physicians that are as driven and excited about this field as you are in my journey! Thanks again for showing that there are such empathetic and passionate psychiatrists out there! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

As a nursing student interested in mental health I’ve learnt so much from the discussions on these podcasts, and really enjoyed listening to knowledge being shared between the speakers. And the extra resources on the website are amazing and super super helpful!

This is honestly the best mental health podcast I’ve stumbled across. Dr. Puder and his guests discuss the most interesting and thought-provoking topics. I’ve learned so much. Thank for the time and effort that goes into this. So much appreciated!
