Engaging, Encouraging & Evidence-based
Dr. Regina’s podcast meets an important need as she provides evidence-based research about aging and does so in such an engaging and encouraging way. She takes what can be a daunting and overwhelming topic and makes it approachable, empowering listeners with the tools and confidence to help themselves and those they love navigate the psychology of aging.
