I have a lit PhD from Berkeley, and I give this podcast an A for the hilarious commentary and smart analysis! I'm a fan of classic literature, but I can take a joke, and often they just perfectly nail what makes the fiction of the past seem so bizarre today. Can't stop listening.Read full review »

This is so much fun. I enjoy the old different stories. Some of the authors I know but others I've never heard of. When it's good, they really get into it. And when it's horrible, they are hilarious. Kelly and Katai are so funny!Read full review »

Just terrible. Was directed to this by Blacker and Acker at TAH. Thought it would be smart, funny and well done. What it is is sloppy and juvenile. It sounds like they picked up a book and instead of looking up anything that doesn’t make sense (bergomeister means mayor) they just read it out...Read full review »
