Love this Podcast!
I listen to A LOT of board game podcasts. Starting with “On Board Games” because of their discussion of Phil Ecklund’s game, “High Frontier”. That lead me to “The Dice Tower” and all their associated podcasts. I loaded up on everything I could find, and now I have way more gaming podcasts than I can reasonably listen to. After a few years of seriously engaging in the hobby, a few of these podcasts have risen to the top for me, in part because of the types of games they discuss, what the podcasters say about them, and in no small part the personality and interaction of the hosts themselves. For me, “Punching Cardboard” and “The Secret Cabal” are my two absolute favorite podcasts. These guys are well worth your listening time.

One of the best podcast out there for boardgames. They branch out into into other topics such as whisky, music and even a bit of sports and politics. Always very thoughtful, inclusive and interesting to listen to! Rock on guys!

I finally got around to reviewing this podcast! Great banter and discussion! They are not just repeating rules, but they give their opinions and musings on what makes the game good or bad. The focus is on mid to heavy Euros! Great podcast! Keep'em coming!!!Read full review »

This show isn't for just anyone, but if you enjoy board games and Seinfeld, you too can revel in a pair of crotchity middle-aged men talking board games.Read full review »
