Purely bliss
I have tried a few podcast meditations but this one is the best for me. The calm voice of Lucy and the music makes me want to meditate more every day. There are many different meditations here for all tastes, long and short. Try them all today. Daily mindfulness is helping me while I’m not working in the pandemic, I will endeavour to continue my daily practice when things return to ‘normal’. Namaste.

I’m very picky with meditations and Lucy’s have become my go-to. Her warmth, wisdom and calming voice shine through in each one, and I love that she caters for many different moods, goals, timings and even for people who have to listen while on the go. enjoyed her new podcast episodes too.

I waited to write a review until I had a chance to experience this podcast for a while. Well, I love it. After trying a handful of other guided meditation podcasts, this is the one I keep coming back to. It’s now a part of my morning routine and really sets me up for a good day.
