“I am the type of person that fluctuates with my productivity. I will be extremely productive for like a week or two and then I will just stop and “fall off the band wagon” so to speak. This has been my frustrating pattern for so long. I am not good with routines or organization at all. I really have to work at it. That been said this podcast has been amazing for me. It has given me practical steps that do not overwhelm me (huge for me) where I am starting to establish routines and move towards my goals in a way that creates habits and allows me permanently add them to my daily routines and activities. 15 minute solution, habit stacking, time blocking, etc. are all strategies Cara describes that have literally changed my life. I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and I have 3 year old and these strategies are still as applicable as before. I feel empowered and I feel like I can accomplish my goals where before I was trying to do and change too much and it was overwhelming. Thank you Cara. This podcast has been a huge blessing in my life.”
