“I'm a Mari follower on social. While overall the first episode was interesting, it was very hurtful that she characterized her time in Scarsdale as a "mostly Jewish" community that shamed her, seeming to place blame on the Jewish people there. Scarsdale's population is not mostly Jewish- it is less than 6%. In fact, Jews do not make up a majority population in hardly any town or city in the US. This framing of the Jewish people suggested an unconscious anti-Semitic bias. I would encourage Mari to learn more about the Jewish people as a whole and be careful to suggest that a handful of people who treated her poorly are representative of a larger religion.”Read full review »
