“Put your hands together is my new favorite podcast friend. I used to listen to Cameron Esposito's standup podcast when she was still in Chicago… and I was in love with it, and was saddened when it disappeared. It took me this long… literally months of plain stupidity… for me to figure out that this was her new show and that not only was it was just as completely awesome as her Chicago show, but maybe was even more completely awesome. The comics are first class, the interviews are shamelessly good and informative and funny in their own right, and I have a huge comic-crush on Cameron Esposito (I don't really know what a comic crush is, but I have one and all hers so back off you other comics). You should listen to Put Your Hands Together. You should subscribe to it. And if you don't like it, then we can't be friends, okay? Or yeah, we can be the kinds of friends that argue all the time and call each other "moron" and "hippie" and "shark noodle," but we can't be the kind of friends that you see on network TV or in soap commercials (because those friends aren't even real). I don't remember what I was getting at about not being friends. Just listen to this podcast, okay? If you like/love stand-up, you are going to love this darn thing.”Read full review »
