“The sound quality and production values are great and the story sounds interesting but I can't endure the poorly acted phone calls. They are obviously scripted (or at least vaguely rehearsed planned in advance what to say) and they still try to make it sound natural with false small talk, which is so irritating. It doesn't actually bother me if it is faked but at least get some better actors, couldn't endure being treated like an idiot to believe that as "realism".
