Radically different
I am a sales manager in corporate America for a Fortune 100 company. I have a tendency to rely on empathy when communicating with my employees. This podcast has helped me see that this can be ruinous and wimpy and has given me the chance to do the right thing and be more candid. I also appreciate the show notes since I listen on my commute. Thanks Russ and Kim.
