Infectious and educational
Joshua's balanced approach of theory, practical application, and living proof (guests) takes the complicated "black art" of finance, simplifies it, and motivates you to do something amazing in your own life. His enthusiasm is contagious and I find myself scouring his back episodes and sending them to friends. Know a teacher? He has episodes (RPF0080,78) that will make them a millionaire. Have a kid about to graduate high school? Joshua's Walmart episode (RPF0051) will walk a new graduate from a minimum wage job up to financial independence. Heck, the Walmart episode will help ANYONE become financially independent because he doesn’t stop at simple tricks to make it happen. He gives you the theory behind why it’s so important to keep expenses low, to live close to a library and close to work. These ideas are so simple but overlooked in modern America. Do yourself and look through the episodes for a couple that look interesting to you. I guarantee you will come back for more.Read full review »
