Rajie Kabli is a well-traveled freelance Journalist, certified HeartMath Institute & Accelerated Evolution Coach and a yoga/meditation teacher. She believes health, especially mental health, is a vital component to overall satisfaction and well-being in life. She teaches stress management/resilience training as ways to positively cope with whatever life throws at us, all through the power of our spirit. She is a wordsmith who performs spoken word poetry, a strong community leader and a 10+ year meditator. Originally from Toronto, Rajie is a RYT-500 yoga instructor. Her background is in conflict resolution studies and she knows the value of non-violent communication, especially in personal and interpersonal relationships. She worked for Shaw TV and hosted the Multicultural channel for Vancouver BC. She’s lived in South Korea, Japan, Powell-River and Victoria BC and will travel any chance she gets because experiencing life to the fullest is what drives her. Rajie’s personal philosophy is self-awareness is the key to living an aligned life. It is the most important factor in one’s spiritual development. She believes all the answers to the questions we seek about our lives, can be found through listening to the intelligence of the heart and she loves helping bring this consciousness to the world. Rajie came into my life quite a while ago, but we didn’t meet in person until the Summer of 2017 when she and I spent time together at Rythmia. That trip solidified the bonds of a soulful friendship, which has evolved through time and space. When I think of Rajie, I think of pure love and the true embodiment of a person who lives in their heart-space. I feel lucky to know someone who is such a kind, intelligent, and loving human being.
