The entertainment value is in the deceit
The zenith of Chunga, or Brett Smith, was definitely somewhere around 2001 when he was on The End with Mister West. I get the biggest kick out of this show when I want a good laugh and eye roll. Having known Chunga, or as I knew him in HS ... Brett Smith, his stories are complete B.S. He constantly repeats stories that are either completely made up, stolen from others or possibly have SMALL thread of truth to them. I haven't talked to him since just after high school, but keep in contact with the few people that do. And, we get a good laugh at the stories he tells about his youth, the Old Mill, celebrity connections and whatnot. We know it's bogus, but you have to wonder sometimes if he thinks it's bogus? That's the real entertainment value with his podcast. The fact he can babble on for nearly two hours twice a week baffles me. Either way, just know that despite his ability to make something sound convincingly true doesn't make it so. He's just a really good liar that thinks the world revolves around a stale overcooked frozen Chimichunga burrito.Read full review »

This show is my absolute favorite podcast. I love the chemistry between the hosts and hilarity that always ensues. In a time of comedy failure, these guys make me laugh and are the highlight of my week. Start at the beginning and listen to them all, you won’t be disappointed.
