“I stumbled on this and thought it was a great concept. A quick overview of each President sounds like it would be very entertaining and educational. BUT..Shouldn't you judge a President based on the standards of his own time and not today's standards? Seems like a huge swing and a miss here. Of course slavery was horrible but it was common practice back then. To say Washington was a middle tier president because he owned slaves is short-sighted. Should I skip to the end because I'm pretty sure this is headed towards Obama being the greatest of all time. I'll give this 2 stars, right in the middle, because I assume the Cooper family tree has some slave owners in it.”Read full review »
