Snf to acute
I have been a snf nurse for about 9 years due to having kids it just fit the schedule better. Finally they are older in school full time and I am able to try for acute care. I was nervous and scared! I started to apply to acute care and started to look at podcasts for more stories about hospital scenarios or anything really! Found rapid response rn through another and I was hooked! Getting to hear the different situations in acute care and then being able to hear the thought process and physiological process behind it was so helpful to get my brain back into more acute case scenarios! Thank you Sarah for everything you do and for the strength for keeping this podcast going!
