Nursing necessity
This podcast is phenomenal. As an ED nurse…the education/critical thinking prompts she provides are priceless, i love how she presents a real life patient, differential DX and the why. This is how i learned as a new nurse 15+ years ago and i find it to be missing with the newer generations. Truly, a great podcast and opportunity to learn!

I’m a flight nurse with an ICU background and I’ve learned so much from Sarah! I love the way she breaks down mechanics and complex disease processes. Her ability to tell a story while applying concepts for nurses is a tremendous asset to a nurse at any level. Please keep up the great work!
