Preceptor podcast
Thank you so much for your amazing podcasts. I learn something every time!! I just listened to the preceptor podcast episode 113 and it was very helpful in bringing me awareness when I do start precepting. I am a new grad at 57! I have been on the MedSurg oncology floor for seven months now And just started getting nursing students assigned to me. Once I complete my first year in the transition into practice program, I will be qualified to precept. I did not have a good preceptor and I really want to be a positive role model for anyone that I teach. So thank you so much for this podcast. I will definitely be listening to it again!! ❤️

This is how i learned as a new nurse 15+ years ago and i find it to be missing with the newer generations....Read full review »
