Great podcast, but annoying at times.
First of all, this is a very interesting philosophy podcast. The hosts are extremely intelligent, provide great insights, and ask some very important questions. However, the hosts are very condescending toward religion. I am an open-minded Christian who has a passion for learning and would not be offended by an intelligent argument against religion, but I am a bit put off by their laughing off the portion of their audience who believe in a higher power. They do the same thing with pseudoscience. In my humble opinion, they would do well to make an intelligent argument against what they disagree with, instead of brushing it aside. (I'm only 37 episodes in, so perhaps they have already addressed these concerns.) Overall, a great podcast. I love the picks at the end of each episode, by the way.Read full review »

I'd recommend this podcast to all SGU and Point of Inquiry listeners (I actually enjoy this podcast more than Point). Massimo and Julia make a great duo and compliment each other nicely.Read full review »
