Description
“I've slept with someone and I didn't disclose to them prior and now I feel like I need to, but I don't know how to navigate that conversation.”
I received a TONNE of messages just like this one over the holiday period, so I created this episode specifically for those women to support you to be able to handle the disclosure conversation after non-disclosure.
Truthfully, disclosure after non-disclosure will always go down as my hardest disclosure OF ALL TIME. It takes a huge courage to do so and if you are listening to this episode considering that you might feel you need to do this, I want to celebrate you.
If you have NEVER disclosed before, and you’re unsure if you should, I’ll dive into all the ins and outs of your integrity and help you to find your clarity around your next aligned steps forward.
Together we will cover:
🦋 Why do Aussie doctors tell you that you DON’T have to disclose
🦋 The way I handled my FIRST disclosure after a non-disclosure conversation and how I’d change it now
🦋 A script you can use to navigate this conversation
🦋 The reason so many people don’t disclose
…and so much more.
If you are seeking more support with disclosing you can find my Disclose with Confidence Bundle here.
