Description
This is your sign to make the decision that will change your life.
This is your reminder that six intentional months can change EVERYTHING for you.
In 2020, I made the decision to work through the shame around my sexual health.
I announced to the internet that I had herpes.
I closed down my activewear company.
I started working with women to shift their own guilt and shame around their diagnosis and their body image.
I now have a global client base of women creating empowered and abundant lives for themselves.
And I travel around the world facilitating workshops, events and retreats, whilst interviewing renowned international thought leaders.
All because I made the decision to fully commit to creating a life that lights me up.
What decision will you make?
In today’s episode, you will hear the framework that created the foundation of my own life change, and the 15-minute activity you need to get to work on RIGHT NOW to begin your transformation for the next 6 months.
This episode is for you if you:
