Wonderful & Intelligent
This is my favorite podcast to listen to every week, mainly because it's not overwhelming! What I mean by this is that sometimes book podcasts have a tendency to overwhelm listeners with the sheer number, review of, or even just the type of books they cover. These two have a wonderful blend of both familiar and new intriguing books. Their first episode covers Virginia Woolf and Flannery O'Connor--two recognizable writers. I was sold. They're banter is pleasant, Kendra's laugh is so warm and full you just feel good listening to this podcast. I always put it on in the background when I'm cooking dinner, walking, or driving home from work. They interview amazing authors and wonderful, intelligent and inspiring talks about literature.Read full review »
