Was signal, now just noise
"In a world of cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias, judge me on my predictions” Adams proclaims. Subtract 'Trump Wins' in 2016 and his prediction accuracy resembles a fist-full of semantic pebbles cast upon a hedge. “See, I was right,” when one pebble lands somewhat near how reality ends up. Frequently blind to the edges of his own bubble, when encouraged into new territory Scott unwittingly follows the inner curvature back around, ultimately joining the party late while maintaining it only started when he walked in. There’s still some original value here for a smart audience who enjoys a mental run around the yard. Just be prepared to be pruned out if you hold him accountable on twitter and outright blocked if you land a blow over the target.Read full review »
