Great podcast, with incredible insight into crime and perpetrators. Definitely scary at times, but has really opened my eyes to so many things, especially the need for better laws and more protection for so many.

Thank you Laura, Lisa, Jim and the team at Wondery. Your podcast is one of my favourites and I listen to a lot of true crime. I continue to enjoy this podcast but am getting more and more uncomfortable with Laura’s tone towards Lisa. It is often condescending and sometimes it borders on contempt. Jim and Laura should Let Lisa moderate without them saying “but first I want to add ...”. It is awkward. I think a little...Read full review »

I wish I could “like” other reviews in this podcast as they sum it up much better than I could. While the content can be excellent, especially in the early days, it’s now so full of adverts it’s ridiculous. However, the biggest flaw I see is the constant self aggrandising by Laura in particular...Read full review »

I love this podcast because the hosts are incredibly intelligent, experienced experts that dive deep into their subjects while at the same time speaking in a way that is easy to understand for those of us who are not experts in the field. They work great together and keep a natural flow. I found...Read full review »

I enjoy this podcast overall but Laura gets a lot of names wrong including insisting on pronouncing Candace “Candeece.” It’s not even spelled Candice, which would make this mispronunciation more understandable.

Laura can you please stop interrupting the other 2 hosts and hijacking the conversation always bringing it back to yourself ?

All of the episodes are fantastic, but as a survivor of mental and emotional abuse, I was especially riveted by the Jess Hill episode. Thank you for shedding light on these issues and highlighting people and works that can-and will-help others.

They don’t get to the story! They talk way to much and barely tell any story at all. Their voices are bad and hard to listen to. Unsubscribed! Only good if you want to fall asleep. Wow....... 💤 😴 💤

Rosie Batty made the murder of her son all about herself. Jim Clemente has so much experience in the human mind and it’s relevance to crime and confessions, false or true! This podcast can be pretty interesting. I don’t always agree with Jim or Laura’s analysis of a crime, especially when it comes to their linguistic analysis.
