Congrats on your 400th episode. You are my absolute favourite podcast (and Laura’s offshoot podcast too). Keep up the amazing and important work. Love you all!!! Monika (from Vancouver, Canada)

Congratulations for your 400 episodes! 400 episodes of education, prevention and healing in each and every single one. As a survivor, I am eternally grateful for the 3 of you and all you have taught me. Amazing job and here’s for 400 more! Thank you!

There are no words to adequately describe how great this podcast is! Jim, Laura & Lisa strive to be victim centric & not give any undue focus on the perpetrator. I feel educated & informed by the analysis that Jim & Laura bring. Lisa asks the questions I want answers to. They are...Read full review »

I discovered this through Mind over Murder and am so glad I did. I went back and listened to most of the back catalog. In additon to the insight on specific cases, there are some real lessons to take away- on stalking, predators, framing how we talk about issues. I have used Jim's phrase more...Read full review »

I have been listening to this podcast since the beginning and it always catches my attention. Jim, Lisa and Laura are a great trio and always informative. I have learned so much!

First, I love Jim, and I listen to his other podcasts. I have no opinion about Lisa. Now we get to the real reason I quit Real Crime Profile and why I rate it so low. Laura. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a bigger misandrist than her. Not to mention a very poor personal interaction I had the...Read full review »

Listening to West Memphis Three episode, all of his references to fact are just pulled from the documentary. Sorry, that documentary was very slanted and far from objective. The rest of the show is just criminal profiling nonsense. Open your mind and seek out contrary opinions. Hollywood approach...Read full review »

Two stars for Laura Richard’s talking about her personal opinions, stick to the topic of the show, not American politics. SCOTUS overturning Roe V. I have learned a lot about DV indicators from this podcast and this is very helpful in my line of work. I have to concur with others: Jim’s yelling has turned me off. This would be a 5 star review but I can’t listen once he starts yelling. Hopefully, he reads the reviews and can settle down a little, lol

I can’t take any true crime podcast seriously when they advocate for people being banned on social media over political differences. Crying over “misogyny“ does the opposite of make you look like a strong independent woman. Get over yourself.

I love listening to you - Laura, Lisa, & Jim. The work you do is so important and I’m grateful that the details & findings are available to the public. Don’t worry, Laura. You can still murder babies up to full term in many states. The 10-yr old was raped by an illegal alien. It was her mother’s boyfriend.

I want to like this show but I can’t. After Laura’s insulting comments about America having nothing to celebrate this past 4th of July and her doomsday perspective on abortion. Yes, some of these crime accounts are absolutely infuriating, but Jim’s inability to verbally control his temper makes me turn off this podcast. It makes him seem unprofessional and unable to control himself, and it is very unpalatable for an auditory medium.

Jim shows time & time again how ignorant he is to policing & how obvious it is that he’s never worked the road. He stance & blatant lack of researching in the Uvalde case did it for me. Plus his constant loud ranting is so annoying!

While listening to the Murder in Robin Hood Hills episode, I couldn’t help but be turned off by the treatment towards Lisa. I had a gun held to my head during a bank robbery that lasted 7 minutes. S-E-V-E-N. It’s horrifying to think of how scared those children were. As a parent, my biggest fear is that one of my children is afraid and I can’t get to them.
