There is a murder that just happened in Holton Indiana where a woman was murdered by her boyfriend and he had put on Facebook that he was going to do it. I know that you all talk about these cases all the time. This one really got me because the boyfriend had been in trouble before and the family...Read full review »

I was expecting more because the hosts are so well-respected in their fields. But the podcast feels unresearched and like an after thought. I always find myself upset because of the lack of information, when it is readily available. It would be a great listen if they took more time doing a...Read full review »

I’m always blown away with the insight these guys bring. Laura is an absolute force her passion and drive to change legislation and bring awareness about coercive control and stalking is just incredible. So unprofessional with the F-bombs and swear words especially by the “lady” takes away from the podcast. Other pronouns/adjectives could be used to emphasize the point. I’m a make in my 40’s and I do swear, but not while being professional.

I love this podcast. It has taught me so much. The energy you all have together and the mutual respect that you show each other is wonderful to hear. I am trying to catch up on the old shows. I just found you guys this past year. Almost there. Thank you all for everything you do.

Jim, Laura, and Lisa are the driving forces behind this amazing podcast. They are empathetic resourceful caring and fierce about the victims they highlight and their stories. I’ve learned so much about real crime, the law, and how to be better aware of the world I live in. Listen to this you...Read full review »

Like the descriptions and explanations but you lose me when lots of cursing rants occur. Hear enough of that through other sources.

Excellent podcast. My only problem is with Laura’s unending talk. Constant talk - to the detriment of guests (I’m thinking of the Seduced series). Please, Laura just stop talking for a while and let your guests tell their OWN story instead of you hijacking the conversation every single time.

Love Jim & Laura. After listening to one of the last episodes in Dec 2020 about the bombing, only Jim and Lisa Zambetti were facilitating. The gratuitous cursing and potty mouth from Lisa detracts from the usual professionalism and high quality brought by Jim and Laura. Yes, Jim and Laura...Read full review »

I found this podcast after an interview with Jim Clemente on another podcast. I must say, this is one of my new favorites. The humor in the conversations and the very real and raw opinions and forensic breakdowns is wonderful! Thank you for a great podcast!

I love this podcast! I found it through Lisa’s episode on Mind over Murder, which I binged during quarantine. I’m so glad I have almost 5 years of episodes of RCP to keep me occupied! The show has great content. Yes in the rating I was warned there would be harsh language. However Lisa’s over use of the “f” word is making me unsubscribe. American Murder: the family next door. You guys did not do your research at all. This series is not a deep dive. Some episodes were interesting enough. The problem is not the ability of the hosts to put together an educated analysis but the fact that their personal biases and egos get in the way. Laura doesn't know what the real definition of misogynist is, but clearly she is a misandrist. The show used to be about true crime, now it lazily reviews tv shows. If you had a drink every time coercive control was mentioned you would be hammered after 15 minutesRead full review »

I like the focus on survivors and victims and appreciate the factual scientific (physical and psychological) detail. But Jim is growing on my last nerve.
