“Great podcast. Clear, concise storytelling. However, some of the actual situations are very troubling in the fact they never should have occurred. The man who kayaked around the British Isles and the couple who entered the Grand Canyon (even though the entrance was closed) through an “alternate” road and then got their car stuck in a snow storm were very irritating. The park entrances are closed for a reason and people should ALWAYS be aware of weather conditions! They put not only themselves but their 10 year old son in a situation that never should have been. The kayaker was just plain foolhardy and had no good reason for doing what he did. Accidents are one thing but to purposefully put yourself and others in a dangerous position is really troubling.”
