Primarily that I am the role they are looking for.  Let’s face it, we have 6-10 seconds to get the hiring manager to know we are the one for them.  How? Redesign our summary section.  Nils suggests the following format:  * I am a … * I have … * I have a reputation for … This seems one heck of a lot better than a summary section with a bullet point list of skills.  Rebel Intrapreneurs are good at positioning themselves in their areas of expertise and selling themselves and their ideas.
