Enjoyable, funny, and helpful
Thoroughly enjoying this podcast. The conversation and competitive character of both hosts and guests is hilarious. Most of all I enjoy the breakdowns of the recipes - not only how they taste but how practical they are to make in relatively “normal” kitchens. I also love the approach to this podcast that cooking should be loose and not about following every recipe line by line. As someone who is cooking challenged, I like hearing about modifications and substitutions the chefs are making when approaching a recipe. I think this podcast will help me to be more brave about improvising in the kitchen.
