Recovering from religion is a fantastic community of well educated former believers who are committed to the truth - even if it means leaving their former life behind. I’m grateful for the courage of this community and the wisdom they share, as well as practical tools for recovery.

I love this podcast! I grew up in fundamentalist Christianity and deconstructed many years ago. This podcast is extremely informative and easy to listen to.

The stories come from many different kind of perspectives and beliefs, but one thing that is the same is just how human all of these stories are. People’s journeys from belief to doubt and beyond are so compelling and relatable.

I have escaped two cults… I guess one was not enough! I was a Mormon for 20 years and then a Catholic for 20 years. I am happy to say that podcasts like this one are helping me make sense of my past and find joy and meaning in my current life. Thank you so much!

Right out of the gate, the hosts nailed it. I listened to the Introductory podcast and was incredibly impressed with the depth of the conversation. So interesting. I look forward to what these hosts are going to offer. VERY nice work.
