The Recovery Elevator podcast is an incredible resource for anyone in recovery, or simply trying to let go of their old habits and behaviors related to addiction, speficically drinking. I discovered this valuable tool on a whim. The podcast quickly became a valuable tool for me as I let go of drinking. Paul, and the people he interviews on his show (experts, and regular folks in recovery) are easy to relate to. Hearing their insight, stories, struggles, and the solutions they found to overcome addiction made me feel less isolated in my journey. Paul's courage to come out as an alcoholic and create this podcast to stay accountable is encouraging and inspiring. More than that, the content is valuable. The ability to listen to it anywhere, anytime, makes this such a fantastic resource. Paul does a great job producing this as well - he really cares about helping others and is serious and honest about his journey. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking for support on their road to recovery.Read full review »

Podcasting is also having the ability to talk about topics that are sometime still seen as β€œtaboo”. A very interesting podcast that really makes you think!
