You had me until episode #25
I enjoyed listening to many episodes. However, as a betrayed partner living with an abusive husband, episode #25 was very upsetting and invalidating. Please, please, please, educate yourself better about gaslighting behaviors. Invalidating or minimizing gaslighting can inflict further trauma for abused partners. A lot of the behaviors in this podcast labeled as “intimacy aversion” are abusive, gaslighting behaviors. Just because a betraying partner doesn’t intend to actively gaslight and instead is “acting in”, doesn’t mean that gaslighting isn’t occurring.
