Description
This week on the podcast we are reflecting on embodiment from a leadership perspective. In a world that feels at times so divided and deeply wounded, how can we begin to lead with a posture of humility and curiosity? Based on a training for church volunteers, I outline the definition of trauma-informed care and explore how embodied strategies through 3 archetypes:

The Empathic Witness
The Emotional Coach
I discuss each of these roles and their embodiment of trauma-informed care which can help provide strategies for any area of influence with compassion and awareness of the importance of safety, trust, empowerment, choice, and collaboration.
