I like to listen when I can. I've got to pay close attention because there is a lot of information presented quickly but certainly worth the time and effort. Toddah!

I recommend this show to my  Prayerbook Hebrew students as another resource for learning the language.  I always learn something, and have fun connecting ancient and modern idioms.

Michal has a very nice way of teaching a few Hebrew words by talking about a subject in Hebrew and offering a translation. It's a good way to expand a Hebrew vocabulary or start building one up.
