I am discussing the common avoidant attachment style traits. This can help you in the dating world and also if you are already in a relationship with an avoidant. Or it can help the avoidant attachment style person identify the things they may do that can harm a relationship. These traits are coming from the authors of the book Attached and some of my own findings.
If you don't know if your strongest attachment style is the preoccupied anxious attachment style, the secure attachment style, the dismissive avoidant attachment style, or the fearful avoidant attachment style, which is also known as the disorganized attachment style I have two links to help you with figuring that out.
