I loved this podcast and have listened to every episode. This show is one of the few that helped me make sense of my 5 year on and off again relationship with a guy who had relatively pervasive dismissive-avoidant attachment. I was looking for answers and closure from someone who simply could not...Read full review »

I haven’t unfollowed the show yet… but most of the time when listening, I think I should. It’s 50/50 good info. It’s 60/40 funny to hear the host claim to be secure but talking about his real life scenarios that definitely don’t spell secure.

Super useful information but sometimes feel like his rejection from him being broken up by an avoidant person comes through in a personal way. So I’m thinking at times.. is this accurate or is he just still really hurt?

I've learned so much from this podcast and it's easy to consume, not too much info at once. The host is also really great and I love his YouTube channel too!Read full review »

This podcast allowed me to change my perspective and realize my own issues within my attached styles. I have referred this to many to find growth and healing.

I was looking for useful information. This guy has all negative opinions that were based off his own biased hate of avoidant types. If someone is looking to hurt someone, it’s cause they’re not kind. It has nothing to do with attachment styles.

This podcast served as really good introduction to attachment styles. It helped me to understand what attachment style I have myself and what are some of the things I should avoid when getting into a relationship. Thank you very much!

Just found these podcasts and it has totally helped me make sense of what I am doing in my relationship. I was so confused as to why I was pulling back all the time. I completed the Dr Fraley attachment test that Jason recommended and it all made so much more sense. Thank you for explaining this...Read full review »

This is the best podcast I’ve listened to on attachment theory. It isn’t too long and the way he explains it is in easy to follow bites. You can also read the book “Attached” to get this information but I am thinking even if I had not read the book I could 100% follow this podcast and get the...Read full review »

After finding out via tiktok half my personality is due to avoidant attachment, I needed to learn more to help prevent any damage I might do. Love this guy’s tiktoks and podcast, so accessible.

My last relationship ended because, what I learnt through these podcasts, he was an avoidant person and I was highly anxious. We cared for each other very much but brought the worst of each other and we just couldn’t work it out. These podcasts have really helped me and I can’t wait for the next...Read full review »
