Mr. Green accurately describes attachment styles in a truthful yet gentle manner. Listen with an open heart and mind. I promise when you put in the work necessary it will only benefit you and your relationships with (current and future) family, friends, and colleagues. I haven’t unfollowed the show yet… but most of the time when listening, I think I should. It’s 50/50 good info. It’s 60/40 funny to hear the host claim to be secure but talking about his real life scenarios that definitely don’t spell secure.
