Interesting applied math topics and interviews
This podcast talks about how math is applied in the real world, for example, in politics (gerrymandering) or in a more "social" context, like the impact of race on the rate of police searches. Usually has good interviews with interesting people in the domain. If I'd have to pick a favorite bit of math, I'd say Cantor's diagonal argument is a powerful and simple proof to a very counter-intuitive result.
