Listened to the 6 handshakes episode, the audio editing was so terrible it was unlistenable - long stretches of silence, phrases stitched together forming incoherent statements, overlapping voices... won’t be listening to any more.

Interessante inclusive para quem tem interesse em "data science" e outros chavões de mercado com um enfoque mais rigoroso, talvez até acadêmico.

There aren't a plethora of mathematics podcasts, but this one certainly is good. I would appreciate it if there were more technical expositions available. I would like to be able to listen to the experts freely speak of techniques that they use, however, this seldom happens. On the whole...Read full review »

Covers so many great aspects of mathematics and keeps it accessible to those with many different levels of knowledge. Keep up the great work Relatively Prime!

This podcast talks about how math is applied in the real world, for example, in politics (gerrymandering) or in a more "social" context, like the impact of race on the rate of police searches. Usually has good interviews with interesting people in the domain. If I'd have to pick a favorite bit of...Read full review »

Great Podcast, Thanks so much Samuel! Also check out The Other Half! Favorite Equation: e^{pi x i} = -1

When a child goes through school, their exposure to math as field is, in actuality, is incredibly small, and, unfortunately, many grow up believing that is all math is. Relatively Prime seeks to change that. From understanding the 4th dimension to the creation of art through math, or more aptly...Read full review »

As a math major, I've been trying to find a podcast about math that isn't about teaching math. Favorite equation is lim of (1 + 1/n)^n as n -> infinityRead full review »

Sam provides a modern style of interview. Across his numerous podcasts Sam provides humour, deep insight and a damn good listen. For anyone, from those with a general interest in science to those studying mathematics at any level. Well worth a crack!

Sam does a great job of telling Math-related stories in a way that makes you feel like you can hang, even if you haven’t done any math since high school. It’s a smart show that entertains and informs and I defy anyone to listen to an ep and then try to make the argument that math isn’t interesting!

Math Maths is in a coma so Relatively Prime is back with great episodes on mathematical topics in different areas and featuring top/ace mathematicians, what more could you ask for?!

Math isn’t exactly my personal strong suit, but I think its important to not be afraid of math, its science and worth paying attention to it. Samuel creates a good balance, making mathematics accessible, without underestimating his audience and adds a nice dash of humor.

Samuel Hansen is not just a mathematician. He’s not just a great podcast host. He’s a talented storyteller with a great nose for finding the interesting, HUMAN side of mathematics that most people rarely get the chance to see. I was consistently impressed by the last season of this show. I particularly liked the episode about "solving" the game of checkers. I love math. I love RadioLab. So when I heard this was like a combination of the two, I was excited. How disappointing!
