Great content with a nice mix of interesting and well credentialed guests, together with useful and practical information for runners of all levels.
I stress “all levels” because Tyson is acutely conscious of the common ground all runners share, but relevant differences for beginners, weekend warriors, and those shooting for elite level.
On top of all that, it’s easy and enjoyable to listen to because Tyson takes his topics seriously, but not himself seriously. In the good old classic Australian way.”
