“Politics aside, it's utterly fascinating to listen to this group of Republican strategists apply tactics that they successfully used against Democrats for years towards defeating a man that they firmly believe is a threat to the US Constitution.
In the first episode, the Lincoln Project’s founders talk about how they universally felt compelled to act after the party they believed in and promoted seemed to toss aside all of its principles. One even compares it to waking up and feeling like Bernie Madoff... that he had spent his career selling a falsehood and now has to to make amends.
But beyond the organization’s members, this is an incredible, educational, interesting and funny podcast that could benefit people from all sides of the political spectrum.
Listen to the podcast. Give this group a chance before you insult them. These are not RINOs or Democrats.
