The new sound of radio narratives
This is an outstanding show spotlighting original voices in radio. It is a must-listen for any habitual listener of Public Radio who has grown weary of the Ira Glass standard format of "story - Jon Brion tinkly music - story" radio doc. Re:sound manages to construct a consistent weekly show while wandering all over the globe in search of new audio landscapes. It's wonderful to listen to so many high-quality clips from different countries. I especially enjoy the episodes where a longer story is spotlighted.
