“I work in the restaurant industry and the interviewees in this podcast are people we know and want to hear from. I enjoy listening to these chefs and food authorities tell their story and their philosophy on success and their industry tips. However, as a person who talks to restaurant owner’s everyday with a theater background, I do wish that the format was more organic. I listen to a number of podcasts and the good ones sound like I’m listening to a conversation between the host and the interviewee rather than someone going down a list of questions that they are trying to hit in under and hour. I know this is a new podcast so this should improve with time as the host continues to learn the trade, but it’s something I would make a priority.”
