It's been a tough 12 months globally for Retail with non essential brands going in and out of lockdown and many have had to adapt quickly in order to stay in business. Anecdotally, we've seen a substantial rise in online sales, so stock accuracy has to play an important role for sales and knowing where your stock is located is paramount, because you never know when a shutdown is going to occur and how long it's going to last.
