Wonderfully Vulnerable
Rethinking Porn Addiction is such a wonderful resource to anyone struggling with sexual health around pornography, values, religion, and relationships. As a therapist working in the area of human sexuality, I have seen this podcast help my clients as they work through their issues and increase communication with their partners. Rethinking Porn Addiction provides a framework for individuals and couples to use as they increase their own comfort with discussing difficult topics. Jake, Hans, Nate, and Kristin have been so vulnerable in sharing their personal experiences. Doug Braun Harvey is a gem of a human and a therapist with his gentle and compassionate approach, and I am so grateful that he and Kristin were willing to share their time and knowledge in this format to reduce shame and spread the idea of sexual health as encompassing the wanted-the pleasure, not just the negative as so often happens in conversations around sex and porn.

I learned so much from this podcast. Anyone who grew up in a culture that associated sexuality with shame and suppression would benefit from listening to this. You’re not broken, you’re just a whole person. Very healing. This is a profound and insightful podcast.
