I have topic request for your show, would you consider talking about whey protein powders? So many people take them as a meal alternative and after working out to bulk up. I was concerned about vitamin A depletion of in a diet low in fat and high in protein as well as whey is a fragile protein and when processed, it creates MSG.
What are you thoughts?
