Could be more professional
I have given this podcast a good try and found the discussions conceited, very wordy (even sometimes circular), and some responses condescending (one podcast I listened to they laughed at the question and pretty much called someone a fool without outright saying so and never answered their question). There is a reason that people ask these questions as they are seeking grounded advice. The tone of the presenters answering questions and the lack of detail in most answers largely drives my rating. I am open to additional options and treatments but I would have appreciated additional citations/references to back up statements presented as in some instances it appeared more opinion oriented than research driven. I found that most questions are not fully answered and this podcast is designed for someone already thoroughly entrenched in only a Paleo lifestyle rather than those not familiar with this lifestyle and are more interested in learning about alternative health options for life. The podcast should really be called Paleo Health Radio. A few examples would have gone a long way- for example when you say eat fermented foods- provide some examples of what are considered fermented foods; definitely provide alternative options for medical issues than never really addressing the point of the episode. Also-as raw dairy is highly promoted in multiple episodes I don't think Chris understands that raw milk is illegal in my state (and others) unless you own the animal.Read full review »
