The "sweet spot"
This wonderfully informative yet entertaining podcast has hit that "sweet spot" when it comes to show length. If the show is too short, important data has to be left out, or only made a brief mention of. The other end of the spectrum is a show that is too long. We have spend many hours together and covered many miles of training. It was great having these running buddies with me keeping my going with great conversation. It was bittersweet to get to the end. Can’t wait for their next podcast.
