I found you at the recommendation of the great David Crowther. Although I live in the hills of Eastern Kentucky I have for many years had a keen interest in British and English history. Having read widely and systematically on this subject I did not expect to learn much. I am happily and extremely in error on this point. Further I think that yours is a risky and courageous approach; it was destined to either fall on it's face or become one of the best podcasts ever. Fortunately the latter resulted, due in no small measure to splendid writing, undeniable chemistry, and plain old fashioned talent. I rarely laughed out loud - until now. Thanks for this extraordinary gift you're sharing with us. And if and when time permits, do yourself a favor and take a look at Ron Chernow's highly readable masterpiece, "Alexander Hamilton." You won't regret it.Read full review »

Loved this podcast more than any of the other 30 something ones I listen to regularly. Amazing research, great banter, clever plotting. A true gem of a podcast, I just hope they find a way of going on with a show. (Not that I wish Q.E.II dead ;-))
